General Terms and Conditions

Price

The prices in the shop are in CHF incl. VAT. Not included in the price are the costs for packing and shipping. They are mentioned with the product.

Payment

• At the moment you can only pay in advance.
• Please transfer money to the specified account within 10 days. If the invoice is not paid within these 10 days, reminder fees may apply.

Shipping

• Shipment is usually as fast as possible.
• The goods will be shipped by post (B-Post) as soon as the payment is received.
• If the goods are sent uninsured by post, the risk of loss by post lies with the buyer.
• Your goods will be shipped by Swiss Post. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be sent by B-Post. For deliveries abroad, postage depends on the country in question.
• In place of shipping, the goods can also be picked up at Gisin Sport in Engelberg (please specify in the remarks).

Cancellation of the order

• Storno is only possible before delivery.

Return

• A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use.

Defects/exchange

• The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt and to report defects to us in writing within 5 days.
• Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery or defective goods.
